EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Employment Services help secure competitive employment and on the job support for disabled individuals in their own communities.

Serving adults in Phelps, Pulaski, Dent, Crawford, Maries, Miller, Texas and Gasconade Counties

Referrals from:
                             Vocational Rehabilitation
                             Rehabilitation Services for the Blind
                             Pathways
                             Rolla Regional Center

Participate in Ticket to Work program

Services include:
Assessment--using community-based work trials.
Job Development--working with the individual's interests and needs to find a job match.
Job Coaching--supporting both the individual and the employer through training and consulting.

Supports may be provided both on-site and off-site as found appropriate.

Programs available through Supported Employment are:
                             Short-term Community Employment Services
                             Full Supported Employment
                             Supports Case Management
